This 26acre chicken farm is located in the San Carlos region of Costa Rica. There are 3 huge barns each sized app. 25.000ft². Each barn counts with its own food storage and its individual computer system. Food and water supply, illumination, air temperature etc. are completely automated and computer controlled.
Per year there are six different production cycles and during each cycle 105.000 chicken are being produced.
The company has contracts with a leading chicken meat processing company over a time frame of 15 years.
The annual rate of return is 13% and it is not necessary to get actively involved in the business. With a few improvements it would even be possible to increase the net profit to 17%.
