Total area of the property is app 11 acres with 1,900 feet of ocean front. About 1000 feet of ocean front and about 6 acres are occupied by current hotel facilities. The reminder of the land, approximately 5 acres, including several hundred feet of ocean front, is available for development.
The hotel has 4 stars in international rating and caters to three markets:
- sun and beach vacation
- scuba diving
- sport fishing
The niche markets of scuba diving and sport fishing are extremely important, generating 35% of total hotel sales while the traditional beach vacationer is responsible for the other 65%.
There are in total 59 guest rooms divided into:
5 suites, 12 bungalow junior suites and 28 standard rooms
All rooms are equipped with either two queen or one king bed, a/c, mini bar, overhead fan, cable TV, telephone, coffee maker and a safe box. From every room you can enjoy spectacular ocean views and every room counts with an ocean view terrace or balcony.
The hotel offers 3 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi and also 6 private pools.
For further sports activities there is a gym and a tennis court (with lights for night play). The hotel also organizes diving or fishing excursions and owns five 32ft. yachts for that purpose.
