This property is located at only 400m from a beach on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.  The size of the lot is 4300m² while the construction measures 450m². There is also plenty of room for more construction.
There is an owner´s apartment on the ground floor and four guest rooms on the upper floor. Two rooms sleep 4 people each, one room sleeps 5 and one room sleeps 8. All rooms are equipped with kitchen, dining area and a private bath. Two rooms have direct access to the balcony.
Then there is a water park which offers a small bar and restaurant, a big main pool, a children´s wading pool and a yaccuzzi. Further there are two water slides, 10 restrooms and 10 showers.
For the day time guests there are 10 covered ranchos all with BBQ's and electrical outlets for the Tico rice cookers available. Each rancho has a different handmade concrete and mosaic tile picnic table. Then there is a volleyball field and next to the park there is a soccer field.  This set up is very popular with the locals, offering daily pool rates plus private parties.
