This new 16 room hotel is located at only 300m from one of the most beautiful beaches the Nicoya Peninsula has to offer. The grounds measure 2000m² while the construction size is 800m². All rooms are equipped with private bath, air con, fan, telephone, cable TV, fridge and internet. The 2nd floor rooms also have a balcony. There are 2 rooms for handicapped people.
Further, there are 2 owner´s apartments on the property. Each of those apartments has a living area of 80m² which is divided into two bedrooms, 2 baths, living/dining and kitchen.
For communal use there is a restaurant with a bar, a pool, a gym and a laundry.  Further a souvenir shop is part of the package and you also have a lot of private parking space.
The hotel comes with all licenses in place and up to date. This includes licenses from the ICT as well as liquor licenses. The ICT has qualified this hotel as a three star hotel.  The whole technical installations are of the most modern standards, there is even a private waste water treatment plant in place. The access is by paved road and near bus stations and the local airport.
