As owner you can use the house 120days per year for yourself. The rest of the time it has to be available for the hotel management. The earnings will be split 80/20 between the owner and the hotel.
If you want to use the house less than 120days per year you can rent it out and during that time and pocket the whole amount of earnings.
The villa is in three levels and is very spacious. There are 3 big bedrooms, 3.5baths and a big living/dining area with integrated kitchen. The house is completely furnished. From the house you can enjoy beautiful ocean views.
