This 217 acre teak farm is located on the Nicoya Peninsula. The whole land is planted with teak. Most of the teak is between 13 and 14 years old and has a circumference of around 70 to 80 cm. There are about 300 trees per hectare. 25 acres (10 ha) are in teak of 6 years of age.
