This 10ha (25acre) cattle farm is located near Hojancha on the Nicoya Peninsula at an altitude of app. 500m. From the upper part of the farm one can enjoy nice panoramic views and even a little bit of ocean view over the Gulf of Nicoya.
The terrain is partly steep but there are also some nice flat parts and in the lower part of the farm there is a river bordering the land. For the drinking water supply there is also a good natural spring on the property. The power grid is about 500m away. The access is good all year around.
