This 380 acre farm is located on the Nicoya Peninsula in Guanacaste. The land is used as follows:
- 260 acres are currently used for fruit production, the crop is being changed between pineapple, melon, watermelon and rice
- 45 acres are reforested with teak
- Then some terrain is of course used for the various constructions and the packing plant
- The rest is virgin forest. In the forested part, there are 3 nice building sites which gorgeous golf views
The buildings include:
- Packing plant with all the necessary equipment
- Restaurant for employees
- Repair Shop
- Green houses
- Storage house for chemicals
- 3 deep wheels with pumping systems
The company exports mainly to Great Britain. The farm comes with all the machinery and equipment and all vehicles.
