This 1600ha cattle farm has a lot to offer. 70% of the farm is pasture land. Big part of that is in special evergreen grass, species like Toledo, Bracharia Brizantha and Tanzania. There is also a 100ha wood plantation mainly Pochote, which is a very valuable hard wood. The trees are approximately 15years old.
The farm has abundant water all year around because of numerous springs and cricks. There is also a big river bordering the farm on a distance of app. 7 km. A very powerful and scenic waterfall could very well be used for a hydro-electric plant.
